The Oktoberfest experience isn’t complete without an authentic Bavarian feast, and this informative and entertaining cooking class will bring traditional German cuisine right into your home!
Coming at you LIVE from the Culinary Studio on Friday, October 1, 2021, Red Seal Chefs Jody O’Malley and Kirstie Herbstreit will guide you through all aspects of the recipe, from preparation to cooking with technique and plate presentation.
Our chefs have created an authentic Bavarian feast that will highlight the traditional foods that Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest is known for!
All ingredients will be available for pick-up at the Culinary Studio (105 Lexington Road, Waterloo, Unit #19) from 12:00pm – 4:30pm on October 1st. Ingredient delivery is available all across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA. Call (519) 496-5595 for any pick-up issues.
