Financial Assistance

K-W Oktoberfest Inc. appreciates the cost of your participation in our Festival and assistance is available for our visiting bands. (Size of unit and transportation costs are used to determine grant amounts). Please be specific regarding the financial assistance in $ you are requesting.

Housing Assistance

We can assist you with your housing needs whether you require hotel or gymnasium. If a gym floor and a sleeping bag is your band’s idea of travelling in style, we can provide clean facilities for all bands. Fees for housing accommodations to be negotiated. Hotel accommodations can also be arranged; however, notification must happen prior to June 30, 2026. Some groups in the past have made their own arrangements; please indicate this.
