Eat
During K-W Oktoberfest, ‘Eat‘ experience brings Bavarian flavors to life! Savor authentic German dishes like schnitzel, bratwurst, and pretzels at local restaurants, or indulge in seasonal offerings from pop-up vendors and food trucks. Whether you’re enjoying classic Oktoberfest fare or creative culinary twists, embracing the Bavarian spirit has never been so delicious!

Concordia Club
Book dinner reservations and enjoy festivities either in the tent, main hall or Schenke Restaurant, with live entertainment in all three locations.

Habsburg Haus
Habsburg Haus, hosted at the Alpine Club, is a truly authentic Oktoberfest experience presented by the Alpine Club.
The kitchen will be serving up their tasty and popular meals including schnitzel, sausage, cabbage rolls and other mouth-watering traditional options. As is tradition, one item you won’t want to miss is the apple strudel – handmade by Alpine Club members.
Be entertained by the music of Wildbahn as well as performances from their own Alpine Dancers as well as a variety of other dance groups throughout the festival.

Hubertushaus
Rollbraten-pork tenderloin barbeque on a rotisserie served with home-made spaetzle and homemade tortes top the list of delicacies that Hubertushaus is recognized for. “Whether it is the food, the dance, the music, the hospitality, Oktoberfest gives us an opportunity to show off our German culture.”

Schwaben Club
With a selection of over a dozen different German beers, award winning German food (featuring cabbage rolls, schnitzel, pretzels and black forest cake just to name a few), an engaging live band, an outdoor Biergarten reminiscent of Europe, and authentic entertainment throughout the evening, you will experience what the spirit of GEMÜTLICHKEIT truly means.
Schwaben Club will also be holding two separate Sunday afternoon family day events that offer a family-friendly Oktoberfest experience. Kids crafts, special guests and the occasional bird dance are just some of the features that the whole family can enjoy.

Waterloo Central Railway
Waterloo Central Railway is a heritage railway offering historic passenger train rides on the Waterloo Spur between Northfield Drive in Waterloo, the St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market, the village of St. Jacobs and town of Elmira. We are proudly operated by the Southern Ontario Locomotive Restoration Society (SOLRS), a not-for-profit, registered charitable organization. All ticket proceeds go to supporting operations and restoration programs that our volunteers complete at our Restoration and Maintenance Facility in St. Jacobs.
