Join us October 6th – 9th as Downtown Kitchener transforms into a bustling Bavarian village like you’ve never seen it before – all along King Street from Frederick through to City Hall.
Raise your stein in one of the biergartens, savour authentic German cuisine from one of our food vendors, shop our local vendor market, or sing along in front of the stage at one of our live performances – Oktoberfest is back and we’re bringing the best of it to DTK!
Willkommen Platz Hours:
Thursday, October 6th – 3pm – 10pm
Friday, October 7th – 10am – 10pm (Official Keg Tapping at 12-1pm)
Saturday, October 8th – 10am – 10pm
Sunday, October 9th – 10am – 6pm
Parking
DTK has free parking on weekdays after 5 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday in municipal surface parking lots.

Admission to the Platz is FREE for all ages to come and enjoy the music and entertainment, but wristbands must be purchased in order to purchase drink tokens for those wishing to enjoy local craft beer and German brews.
Wristbands are valid for all four days so long as they remain intact.
