Commercial & Municipal – $1,800 (plus hst)

Community Club & Non-Profit – $1,000 (plus hst)

Note: entry will be judged to be commercial if it bears a company name, symbol, any signage related to a commercial business or is accompanied by a commercial mascot.

Insurance Requirements:

All accepted entries must carry a minimum of $2,000,000 public liability insurance indicating K-W Oktoberfest Inc. as additional insured on the policy covering the time period of the Parade. Certificate of insurance must be provided no later than August 26, 2026. Any entry without proof of insurance will not be allowed to participate in the parade. On behalf of the firm/organization/individual above and all participants in the entry, I the under-signed, agree that neither, K-W Oktoberfest Inc.; the Parade Committee; nor any agent, employee or volunteer of either assumes any responsibility for any personal injury or property damage suffered in connection with the Parade howsoever caused (including negligence and excepting only willful misconduct) and agree to release and hold harmless such parties from any claims for such injury or damage. I have read and will adhere to all the Rules & Regulations received with this application. I further agree that I hereby grant K-W Oktoberfest Inc. and assignees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and video of this Entry and the Entry’s Participants, or persons accompanying it, for editorial, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner or medium. I hereby release K-W Oktoberfest Inc. and assignees from all claims and liabilities relating to said photography and/or other video imaging processes.
