Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest and SNAP KW will partner once again this year for the "Faces of the Festival" contest. SNAP KW will visit all of the festhalls & cover Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest events throughout the city , taking photos of all the faces of the festival!
