Waterloo North Kiwanis Club with the students and staff of Winston Churchill School will witness a special Oktoberfest Citizenship Court. Approximately 30 new Canadians will be taking the oath of citizenship and becoming Canadian citizens. A Citizenship Court is an impressive and moving experience. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to attend.
