The Oktoberfest Lotto Express has rolled into Kitchener-Waterloo, bringing with it this year's GRAND PRIZE; a trip for four to anywhere WestJet flies.
The Lottery is a fundraising initiative for both K-W Oktoberfest Inc.'s activities and operations and for the operations of local community groups. It has also acted as a way of promoting the Festival in and outside the community. As in previous years, the Oktoberfest Lotto Express provides an opportunity for not-for-profit organizations and service groups across the region to raise funds for their programs by selling tickets. The Oktoberfest Lotto Express has been used to raise funds by groups like the Waterloo Regional Block Parents, the Optimist Club of Kitchener-West, and K-W Civitan Club.
